Household
Wed like to have the ability to capture and reference data under the HOUSEHOLD name/title (Ex. James & Virgina Smith) - - - with all the contacts info, notes, documents, etc able to be STORED & ACCESSED under that combined title. Ideally you could introduce the OPTION of storing data at the individual level - - - by clicking on the individual within the household. But otherwise, its maintained collectively/centrally - - - within the household.
It would also be helpful to see LINKED/associated contacts (Ex CPAS & ATTYS) on the home page - - - in addition to DEPENDANTS.

Notify User in Note
Please make it to where we can check status of who was notified during a note creation. Many times we have advisors put notes and cannot remember if they notified admin to complete. It would be very helpful to have a record of who was notified and when.

linking documents
Please allow us to link a document to multiple activities without creating duplicate documents in that clients contact record. For example, If I have one document and I need to Link it to 3 separate activities for that same client, then it saves it 3 times in the documents tab.

To Do List
Would love to have the ability to keep a running to-do list on the Today page for open-ended items. This would be great for those items that are important but don't have a due date. Would also be nice if a priority level could be assigned and if they could be linked to contacts.

Add Contact Name to Notification Subject Line
For new activities: Add name of contact in email subject other than "Redtail CRM: An activity has been updated." This will allow us when viewing the many notifications for daily RT activities to pick and choose which ones to look at or address immediately. If an activity is updated 2 or 3 times, there are 2 or 3 notifications. This is okay but it makes it redundant and not timely to look at most critical activities first. Especially in a busy environment where activities are getting updated and added quite a bit throughout the day.

Add a "Call History" log similar to "Email History"
Add a log for phone calls that can have an associated client, sound (call recording) file, description, and time and date. It would be nice to have this set up on the contact overview page so that an overly filtered report or search wouldn't need to be done every time. This would be especially useful to have on hand when a client calls so that no matter which team member or employee answers, they can quickly and efficiently see all phone communication with the client.

Create a wedding anniversary report - similar to the Birthday Report except for Wedding anniversary
I want to start sending nnivesary cards. A report like birthday report that shows anniversary date instead of birthday would be helpful. Make a quick list of all people with anniversairy in month of May, June, etc., and click anniversary report instead of having to create a custom report.

Allow clients to self-schedule appointments directly through Redtail
By allowing clients to self schedule through Redtail, this would eliminate having to use a third party appointment app. The issue we are having when using third parties is that it does not link the contacts to the activity and it does not generate workflows as it is supposed to. I see many people have requested this feature. Is there any chance that it is a possibility in the near future? Thanks.

Calendar Issue - Need to turn off "2 contacts" consolidation and hovering requirement
The recent update last week provided a new "feature". I'm a financial professional. I like a quick look to see who I have coming up for an appointment or activity. I do NOT want to have to hover over a calendar item to see a list of names. I want to see their names listed for a quick glance WITHOUT having to hover. I want the option to turn of the new "feature" you've added that consolidates the names. Instead of showing me the individual names, if there are multiple people, it now lists "2 contacts". Time tracker
Similar to Toggle, something that when you're in the CRM on a client, you can hit a button and it times who is working on that client and for how long, maybe have project options. This would be very helpful when you have to bill clients. Also, you'd have a log of how much time you spend with that client.

Linked Notes - Notify User and Copy to Another Contact
It would be very helpful to have the same features in Linked Notes as we do in when adding a regular note - I often need to notify a user of this linked note as well as copy the linked not to another record.

Workflows on Frequency
Need workflows that repeat on a regular frequency - i.e. quarterly, monthly, semi-annually - we run reports for our clients quarterly and with the system the way it is today - these need to be added manually every quarter

Automation that would Trigger Roles being Populated upon Adding Servicing Advisor
Upon entering a Servicing Advisor/Writing Advisor in contact record, RT would automatically populate the Roles field (of the 3 individuals for that Servicing/Writing Advisor's team). It is double work now to enter Servicing Advisor/Writing Advisor, then go in and manually complete the Roles fields for every new client record entered.

Relationship between households
When putting a family together, I think there should be more options than just married. We have some clients who become POA or even guardian of our clients and it is hard to connect them. If we were able to have more options like "Guardian of" instead of married it could make it easier.

Location on Calendar
The calendar does not show the location of meetings. In order to find out we must click into the activity itself. This is very problematic for assistant making appointments for three advisors over 20 locations. We have worked around by typing location in subject line, but adds additional work for assistant. Please fix!!

broadcast email
If I run a quick list to show all clients that have email and a husband/wife both have the same email in their records, the broadcast email gets sent twice to the same address. I currently have to review hundreds of contacts and uncheck anyone that has a duplicate email. I would like the system to disregard duplicate emails and only send once for each email provided

Allow the option for automations to trigger on the scheduled date of activities rather than on the date of their creation
Currently if you want to set up an automation that triggers by an added activity the only option is to have the automation complete when the activity is initially created. With this system it is impossible to set an automation up for a future date.
I suggest that an option is made for automations to be triggered on the scheduled date of an activity as opposed to only allowing the automation to occur when the activity is initially created.
