Activity Privacy Options- change default from Everyone or allow users to change default
The new Activity Privacy Option defaults to Everyone. Few if any databases are going to want Everyone to see activities or to see colored blocks on their calendar marked Private. That means thousands and thousands of changes to activity privacy display. INSTEAD, change the default to Only Attendees, OR, allow users to change their default.

Data import
We really need to be able to perform data imports on our own, to import data for new clients via an upload file. It is cumbersome to have to enter data by hand or to have to email support whenever we need to enter new client data into Redtail.

Remove Review Date when Client Status = Terminated
when you terminate a client, their review date should be automatically removed so they stop showing up on the review date reminder

Tag Group and and Client Lists - Data Export and Printing Options
Looking for a way to export (to Excel or text) and print the client list so that I can see all the Tag Groups and to which each client is assigned to. This feature would be very helpful in both current client management and new client setup. I would like to be able to look at this data in various ways and to print checklists by Tag Group and client. Thank you!

Important Information
It would be great if the Important Information is immediately visible by pop up when you open a client's account as opposed to hoping everyone will go digging for the information when interacting with clients.

Client Review Report
A report including the following information, which is critical for a client review would be GREAT!! A custom export doesn't work for this type of information. Thanks!
-Name, phone, email address, DOB, category (select/elite, etc)

Please add names back instead of icon when listing multiple clients. We like seeing our client names instead of having to click them. When printing out calendars, it makes us have to take more steps!

Contact Permission Checkbox
When adding Contact Permissions, it would be much easier to select what users/teams need to have permission with a checkbox list than to click "Add", select one, click "Add Permission," then go do it all over again for as many need to be assigned.

It would be nice to have a family tree view, so that you can visually see all family members linked as families or as memberships in on area.

Email Notification (Activity Assigned)
I like receiving team notification emails, however when I received activity that is not assigned to me the email reads "You have been assigned a new activity". Please bring back the email notifications the way they were in the OLD REDTAIL CRM. For instance, the person who created the activity/note name is in the FROM, and the Subject reads, "New Activity Team Notification" (not assigned to me) or "New Activity Assigned To You (assigned to me). opportunity filter
We'd like the opportunity to save our filter choices so we consistently receive the data we are seeking rather than needing to re-filter every time we go to the opportunities screen.
For example, at the end of 2019, we had opportunities that were pushed out to 2020 close dates. These were removed from the default view until you filtered to include those dates. We had to continually re-filter to be sure we weren't missing any of our current opportunities because the filter defaulted back to 2019 calendar year.

Offer Option to Alert / *Notify Select Users When Adding a *Comment to a Note*
Please Offer the Option to Alert / Notify Specific Users When Adding a Comment to an Existing Note
We would love to utilize the "Comment" feature more on RedTail. It makes sense to keep all notes/remarks/follow-up on a particular subject organized together in one thread.
However, because users do not currently receive notifications for comments added to existing notes, it is *Highly Unlikely that they will Actually See the new information that has been added to said thread.

view contacts on calendar
We use to be able to see who the contacts were just by looking at the calendar. Today I came in and if we have multiple contacts we have to hover over or click into the activity to see who the appointment is with. Making this change from see the names (husband and wife) to now seeing "multiple contacts" is not useful to our office. Any time you have to grab your mouse to click or hover just slows down productivity. Thanks for at least looking at this suggestion.

Make a workflow step's due date relative to previous step's completion
Instead of scheduling a task's due date relative to the workflow's due date, we would like to be able to schedule it relative to when the previous step was completed. For example, have step one due a day after the workflow is made, and step two due one week after step one was completed.
In addition, workflow tasks should remain on your "today" page from the day they are due until the day they are marked complete. That way if you are not in the office, or unable to do it on the day it is due, you won't forget…

Household
Wed like to have the ability to capture and reference data under the HOUSEHOLD name/title (Ex. James & Virgina Smith) - - - with all the contacts info, notes, documents, etc able to be STORED & ACCESSED under that combined title. Ideally you could introduce the OPTION of storing data at the individual level - - - by clicking on the individual within the household. But otherwise, its maintained collectively/centrally - - - within the household.
It would also be helpful to see LINKED/associated contacts (Ex CPAS & ATTYS) on the home page - - - in addition to DEPENDANTS.

Allow customization of "Servicing Advisor" and "Writing Advisor" terms
We are a wealth management firm that is not an RIA. We do not have sub-advisors, nor do we use the terminology "writing advisor" (this confuses everyone).
It would be great to customize how we refer to the team members who are bringing in business and managing each client relationship. We might decide to call them "Relationship Manager" and "Sales Manager" for example.

Add Contact Name to Notification Subject Line
For new activities: Add name of contact in email subject other than "Redtail CRM: An activity has been updated." This will allow us when viewing the many notifications for daily RT activities to pick and choose which ones to look at or address immediately. If an activity is updated 2 or 3 times, there are 2 or 3 notifications. This is okay but it makes it redundant and not timely to look at most critical activities first. Especially in a busy environment where activities are getting updated and added quite a bit throughout the day.
