  1. In the Workflow list, if there are more than one linked contacts, show names, not "2 contacts"

    When there are more than one linked contacts to a workflow, list their names in the task list. How does it help to see "2 contacts"? under the names? And they do not alphabetize if you sort by contact.

  2. Run a Notes report with select notes only

    Often time we come across a situation where there are a few notes spread over a few months for a client that would be great to condense into one single report to outline the process.

    'd love to see the ability to 'check' which notes to include in a report so we can print of a string of notes pertinent to each other and remove the extraneous notes for ease of viewing the progression of a task.

  3. Add global time zones

    We have clients globally and the lack of time zones is really problematic in using the CRM fully.

  4. Outlook integration

    The integration with Outlook gets worse not better. Retriever is not getting support and the cloud integration does not work well.

  5. Client Review - it would be helpful to be able to add the "last review date"

    First or initial review date is important, next (future) review date is necessary but a last review date would be much more helpful to log when the last review was done

  7. Show "Partner to" under Contact Name when Marital Status is set to "Life Partner"

    Currently, after a household/family is created, the contact record shows "Married to {spouse name}" under the contact's name whether the Marital Status is set to "Married" or "Life Partner". It would be great to see this say "Partner to {partner name}" when the Marital Status is set to "Life Partner".

  8. Add a time stamp to activities

    Add a time stamp at the end of every documentation or update on activities. When I previously worked with Junxure, they had a CTRL + J feature that would time stamp with initials of who wrote it.

  9. Calendly Integration

    Calendly Integration is needed more than ever with Coronavirus and clients and prospects not being able to come into the office. This should be a top priority.

  10. Make it an option on calendar to change it from saying "Two Clients" to the clients name

    Make it an option in preferences to change the way the client pops up in calendar. Right now if there is more than one person it shows up as " Two Clients", "Three Clients" etc. It would be much more convenient if the contacts name popped up automatically without having to hover over it, just how it was before the new update.

  11. Add columns to the Accounts Overview page

    It would be very helpful to have along with: Number, Company, Product.... to also have "Beneficiary" and "Insured." If these were available we could review over the phone at a glance and see which policies or accounts need updating. There is a big push for accountability for advisors to be sure the beneficiary designations are correct. This would also help identify insurance policies on children which are owned by their parents.

  12. Attach Documets to Email Templates

    Be able to attach different documents, like questionairres, that do not have to be attached every time an email is sent out.

  13. Calendar-2 contacts

    New Enhancement- Our office employees do not like the new enhancement on the calendar where an activity only shows 2 contacts and not the names. Yes, I know you can hover over it to see the names, but no one likes that. Plus, we print our calendars out often and can't see the names if there are two contacts. Please change back or offer the option to choose between either format.

  14. Organize task list

    I would like to be able to move items in my task list around so they are listed in order of priority for my day. I know I can move things around in workflows, however it would be helpful to order my task list so I don't have to continually scan the list for the high priority items. Instead, I could start at the top of my list and just work my way down.

  15. Outlook 365 Integration

    Create Outlook 365 plugin or integration where I can assign tasks, etc directly from email. For example, a client emails me a action item/task, I can press a button in outlook 365 and turn it into a task associated with that client and assign it to support staff. Wealth Box does this!!!

  17. Automatically Create and Email Reports to User in Recurring Schedule

    Save Filter in Activity Reports and possible automated report generation?
    When we want to apply a filter to the "Activities by contact" report, we would value the ability to save a particular set of parameters for our filters that we can run on a systematic basis (daily, weekly, etc).

    Even further wishful thinking would be to be able to schedule this report to be run and emailed on an automated basis.

  18. Ability to edit font in every redtail application i.e. templates, workflows, notes, tasks etc.

    more options to edit font like add color or change size when creating templates, adding notes, creating tasks etc. would make easier to create instructions others can follow as well as quicker when searching or something and visually pleasing

  19. Link up with fixed index annuities from insurance companies like AVIVA, security benefit life, Allianz, american equity, ING, NAwal, LSW etc

    Link up values to run reports of all client accounts.. We have Schwab, fidelity, tdameritrade, now just add a few of the big FIA Insurance companies

  20. @mention for Note User Notification in Alerts Bell

    While notes do allow for email notifications to users, a CRM notification that would appear at the top of the bag by the bell would be much more useful. This would reduce steps (opening email, clicking on a link that requires an additional login), and would work better with integrations.

    We currently use the jive integration to log client calls, but there is no way to link a user from there.

    It sounds childish to request, but something along the lines of an "@" feature would be perfect.
