    We would like to be able to organize "all day" activities according to our priority (ie most important to get done that day we can put at the top of the day's list)

  3. Activity Template Automation

    Please add the automation action type to be able to assign activity templates as well as note templates. Also, add activity completed trigger to automation.

  4. In the Workflow list, if there are more than one linked contacts, show names, not "2 contacts"

    When there are more than one linked contacts to a workflow, list their names in the task list. How does it help to see "2 contacts"? under the names? And they do not alphabetize if you sort by contact.

  5. Calendar Issue - Need to turn off "2 contacts" consolidation and hovering requirement

    The recent update last week provided a new "feature". I'm a financial professional. I like a quick look to see who I have coming up for an appointment or activity. I do NOT want to have to hover over a calendar item to see a list of names. I want to see their names listed for a quick glance WITHOUT having to hover. I want the option to turn of the new "feature" you've added that consolidates the names. Instead of showing me the individual names, if there are multiple people, it now lists "2 contacts".   6. Microsoft Teams - Add connecter

    Can you add Microsoft Teams as a connector so we can attach client to any team conversation that we are having and post materials directly.

  7. uncomplete entire workflow

    Closely related to uncomplete workflow steps, but I don't want to assume this improvement is included in that effort. Sometimes the accidentally completed step marks the entire workflow complete. We should be able to uncomplete that final step or at least go to the list of completed workflows and uncomplete the workflow there.

  8. Household

    Wed like to have the ability to capture and reference data under the HOUSEHOLD name/title (Ex. James & Virgina Smith) - - - with all the contacts info, notes, documents, etc able to be STORED & ACCESSED under that combined title. Ideally you could introduce the OPTION of storing data at the individual level - - - by clicking on the individual within the household. But otherwise, its maintained collectively/centrally - - - within the household.

    It would also be helpful to see LINKED/associated contacts (Ex CPAS & ATTYS) on the home page - - - in addition to DEPENDANTS.

    Be able to attach different documents, like questionairres, that do not have to be attached every time an email is sent out.

  11. Servicing Advisor = Advisor Role

    Workflows are best used when tasks are assigned to different "roles" within each firm. If we went to the trouble to assign a Servicing Advisor to every contact, why now do we also need to assign an Advisor Role to every contact? Seems redundant.

    Sure, you can do a bulk change to assign all servicing advisors the advisor role. But why? If contacts are always getting added, how frequently should you need to run these bulk actions before running a workflow. Recipe for mistakes...

  12. Ability to enter a date for when the note occurred, not just when the note was created

    If the note has to be timestamped on the date it was entered, at least add the option to also select when the note occurred.

  13. Remove Closed Accounts from Reporting Under Account Type

    When you click on accounts and see the graph for what type of accounts make up your client base, the closed accounts are still reflected. This does not depict an accurate picture of our clientele. Including the data skews what type of accounts we should be focusing on for our firm. Please do not include closed account in reporting function. They are closed and should not be considered relevant data to the existing database. However we should not have to delete them entirely because we might have important notes of past history tied to those accounts. Just disable them from…

  14. list two contacts when attached to note/activity, not just '2 contacts'

    I realize you like to say 2 contacts when both spouses are attached to an activity to save space but I'd love it if you only did that when 3 people are attached. I am trying to be good with my notes and attach both parties so they each have a record of it but then on printed reports, I can't tell who the activity or note is for. So list both names at two, summarize at 3.

  15. Add more Automation Triggers

    It would be nice to have the following workflow triggering event.
    1. Account Status Change - If an account is marked closed it would be great to trigger a workflow.
    2. Marital Status change - This would be nice to trigger a workflow any time a client gets married, gets divorced, etc.

  17. Additional family options (not in the 'Membership' page)

    Give additional options (life partner, ex-spouse, boyfriend/girlfriend, etc.) when creating family groups. Preference would be to have this in the Family page instead of the Memberships page, so that you can visually see all of the people who are linked to each other in the family tree (instead of a list in Memberships). It is also easier to navigate to the Family page, so that this information would be more accessible.

  18. Show Linked Contact in Calendar view versus saying "2 Contacts"

    it is productivity that i know have to hover over each activity on my calender to see the clients linked. Please revert back to the original view were all linked contacts show versus it just saying "2 contacts." i need to be able scan my calendar to see what i have out standing for clients each day.

  19. Add columns to the Accounts Overview page

    It would be very helpful to have along with: Number, Company, Product.... to also have "Beneficiary" and "Insured." If these were available we could review over the phone at a glance and see which policies or accounts need updating. There is a big push for accountability for advisors to be sure the beneficiary designations are correct. This would also help identify insurance policies on children which are owned by their parents.

  20. Run a Notes report with select notes only

    Often time we come across a situation where there are a few notes spread over a few months for a client that would be great to condense into one single report to outline the process.

    'd love to see the ability to 'check' which notes to include in a report so we can print of a string of notes pertinent to each other and remove the extraneous notes for ease of viewing the progression of a task.
