Memberships - Titles, Phone #s and email
When viewing the memberships of businesses and our plan clients it would be helpful if we could see their title, phone number and email on the membership screen instead of having to click on each member....or maybe just a pop up box with the same info when you roll over the name. Thanks.

Enable ability to filter the data included in Charts on Today's Overview
Create the ability to check on/off the data to be included for viewing in the Contacts by Status, Category, Accounts, and Opportunities charts. Also have the system save whatever criteria was last set, until changed. Doing so would make these charts reflective of data that's actually meaningful, rather than just everything that's in the CRM database (some of which may be old and irrelevant currently).

Email notification
The email notification is great. I would like for us to be able to see the person it's assigned to, AND those who are notified, so we can know who's 'in the loop.'

filter notes by user in contact
While in a contact's record, I'd like to have the ability to filter notes by user. We have a team that services each contact, so multiple people enter notes. I'd like an easier way to find notes I made for a particular client that doesn't require me to run a report.

Automation templates & recurring workflows
Please add the ability to automate templates based on time periods/dates. Right now, templates can automatically be applied based on certain actions (i.e. adding new clients). It would be a tremendous help to have the ability to set templates to automatically run every quarter (or other time frame). For example, I run a client invoicing template every quarter and the process can be automated by applying this template automatically each quarter.

customizing columns in accounts overview
It would be helpful to be able to customize the column heading choices and column widths with one standard setup rather than having to individually customize them with each client.

filter timeline by user
Add a dropdown box to the Timeline allowing you to sort by user (just like you already have on the dashboard for activities).
I often just want to review the things my assistant did in my redtail database, but it's cluttered with all of my activities, which I don't care to review.

Review Frequency should be More Flexible
I suggest that for the review frequency you make so that you DON'T have to fill out every little piece to it. i.e. If the client likes to meet once a year typically in March, you can select just that verus taking the next step and selecting Friday and then the 3rd week of..

Update Laserapp Integration: Port maiden name and other applicable fields
Please allow for the maiden name to port over from Redtail to Laserapp forms... along with other fields as applicable. I've noticed the occupation field in the "basic" section of the contact record does not correlate with the occupation field in the "know your client" area and it will not port over to Laserapp appropriately.

Select Outcome Automatically When Only One Choice is Available
When there is only one outcome for a step, select that outcome automatically.
I want to be able to add a bit of documentation before completing a step. There aren't multiple outcomes for this step - it just moves to the next step. If I don't create an outcome, all I can do is complete the step. If I create an outcome, it makes me select that outcome in order to move on. It isn't a huge deal, but it's inefficient!

add opportunity tracking to seminar management
Opportunity tracking built into seminar management, or even the ability to link an opportunity in the opportunity tracker to a specific seminar would be extremely useful and powerful in tracking efforts within our existing client base.

Allow customization of "Servicing Advisor" and "Writing Advisor" terms
We are a wealth management firm that is not an RIA. We do not have sub-advisors, nor do we use the terminology "writing advisor" (this confuses everyone).
It would be great to customize how we refer to the team members who are bringing in business and managing each client relationship. We might decide to call them "Relationship Manager" and "Sales Manager" for example.

HTML Email Tracking
Users would like the ability to track whether emails were opened or how often they are opened through HTML tracking.
Similar to the reports you can get when using constant contact about who has opened an email.

Have Quick Add for Accounts to easily create new accounts for clients
Adding a quick add button for accounts would cut down on the number of clicks necessary to create new client accounts.

synchronize wedding anniversary
Should only have to add wedding anniversary to either husband or wife record and see it synchronized without having to manually add it to both.
