From app add more than 1 contact to a note
Very frequently notes would apply to multiple contacts most commonly spouses. The desktop version handles this just fine, but from the app it is impossible to have more than 1 contact linked to the note. for now that means I make the note then go to the note and copy and paste to the spouse.

Workflow Template Filter Option
Allow the filter to only show active workflows by default. Every time I go in, I filter my active workflow templates, go into one of them, and go back to the template list and I have to filter again. I do not want to delete the other ones, just want to remove them from view until I actually want to see them.

workflows
It would be nice if we could view workflow tasks like we do activities and have the option to filter by who assigned to and filter dates. I know there is a workflow report but you have to consistently reset the filters and it is not as user friendly.

Financials' Section - Customizable Labels
Make the Labels in the Financial Section Customizable for whatever type of financials are important you. For example, we wouldn't put a specific Strategic Allocation Model into a clients profile because they might have several different accounts with different models. We personally would like to use those fields to show a clients Income Sources and amounts. Those labels should work like UDF's where you can put in whatever types of Financials your group is tracking.

Household Documents
I think it would be a great idea to have household documents. This would reduce the double entry of documents under each contact.

Bank fields to add: TYPE of acc (eg Check, savings) and ACCOUNT OWNER (eg the husband or wife )
When exporting the bank info to eg Laser app, one has to research if the bank is check or savings. This could be recorded when the bank info is input. Also should know who the signors of the account are - this helps with work flows like Docusign and others

add dependents
In the Household section, when you click the button to add a dependent... it prompts you for name and relationship. How about letting us put in the DOB and Social Security number too, optionally? Frequently, we will have that information and nothing else, for beneficiaries. Saves the step of having to then go into each profile and enter it. In a household with 4 kids, it saves several minutes.

Household/Family
It would be ideal if: the Family feature can accommodate entity names instead of just individuals or adopting a Household category as means for showing entity names (trusts/business entities etc...) in conjunction with the client relationship.

Opportunity Notifications
We are hoping Opportunities may be set up similar to the Activity and Workflow features in regards to notifications. We have multiple Users and multiple Teams in our database. We would like a large Team to have Permission to view the Opportunity but have the capability to turn off notifications on actions/updates done to Opportunities.

Add a date field under Financials in the Strategic Allocation Model section
Having a date field in this section would be great. Understanding risk tolerance needs to be updated every three years, this would be an excellent option to add so we can track when the risk tolerance paperwork will expire.

written agreement area be editable
Make the written agreements area editable, so that additional agreements/announcements can be added with dates (Trusted Contacts, Form CRS, etc). Sort of a one place to look that compliance requirements are met.

udf
You should create another field type on the contact level UDF where we could click multiple values rather than just one. Like the "List of Values" field type but rather than only being able to assign one value from the list you could click multiple. We track which clients are invited to marketing events, and some are invited to multiple events each year. Having a multi-choice field type would be very helpful.

SYNC Calendar with Microsoft Exchange
Please sync the RT calendar with MICROSOFT EXCHANGE & CALENDLY. I was shocked after seeing that you only integrated the RedTail (RT) calendar with Microsoft 365, but not with Microsoft Exchange which I have to believe is the primary 'corporate' calendar many of us use. PLEASE, please link the RT calendar with Microsoft Exchange specifically. We would be so grateful!

Font size
The ability to change the font size in the broadcast emails as the current, not bolded font, is too small for many of our clients. You should be able to change the font size the way you can in a word document.

Link opportunities to the calendar. Particularly link close dates.
When creating an opportunity, link the close date for the particular opportunity to your calendar. It prevents adding another step and makes using the Opportunity function seamless.
