Add Contact Name to Notification Subject Line
For new activities: Add name of contact in email subject other than "Redtail CRM: An activity has been updated." This will allow us when viewing the many notifications for daily RT activities to pick and choose which ones to look at or address immediately. If an activity is updated 2 or 3 times, there are 2 or 3 notifications. This is okay but it makes it redundant and not timely to look at most critical activities first. Especially in a busy environment where activities are getting updated and added quite a bit throughout the day.

notification of calendar activity
I want to be able to receive some kind of pop up reminder when a calendar activity is due. For example, 10 or 20 or 30 minutes (customizable) before an appointment or phone call, a POP UP reminder. The alert feature on the today page only works if Redtail is the top "window" open, and the dog barking system, while cute, is not at all effective.

Automation Activity Update
In automation please add as a trigger event "Accitivty Changed/Update". I would like the system to notify a specific person that an appointment is updated/changed.

Contact Options - Reports
Hello. Please make a change to allow the Reports under Contact Options to be customized. It would be fantastic if we could custom select which fields we want to include in these reports. Thanks for your consideration.

Workflow Summary Notes
My team would really like to be able to export the summary notes for a workflow or be able to directly print them, this way we can use them in meetings away from the office or attach them to reports, and currently it doesn't seem there is any way to capture that data without copying and pasting it all into a word document.
It would also be nice to change the category of each step note as it is added or change a step category rather than only being able to change the category of a workflow, as some workflows…

Report that will run last Client Review date
Due to the glitch in the next review date. We are missing some of our clients actual review date. Since the glitch hasn't been fixed we need the ability to run a report versus having to go through each client to check to see if they were missed. The report for last activity is not an accurate report for this either. This glitch causes a problem with meeting our compliance date for each annual review.

multiple contact status and categories
It would be great if we could select multiple status and categories for contact records. For instance, we have business relationship - Active for a Contact Status. I would like to be able to select more than one Category, for instance COI and Vendor.

Workflow Reports to include more detail such as complete workflows and outcome info.
The Workflow Report shows the current step. The workflow task report shows the current step and task but not the user/team/role assigned. You also can't see any completed info on the workflow task report. If you are managing an office and trying to review where multiple employees are on all of their workflows including what outcomes they've selected for certain steps, you have to go to each individual workflow and run the timeline report in order to see the outcome itself. Remove Closed Accounts from Reporting Under Account Type
When you click on accounts and see the graph for what type of accounts make up your client base, the closed accounts are still reflected. This does not depict an accurate picture of our clientele. Including the data skews what type of accounts we should be focusing on for our firm. Please do not include closed account in reporting function. They are closed and should not be considered relevant data to the existing database. However we should not have to delete them entirely because we might have important notes of past history tied to those accounts. Just disable them from…

UDFs should be able to be used in the advanced search feature.
It would be really helpful if we could use UDFs in the advanced search feature, allowing us to filter by more than one report. We need to be able to search by advisor AND specific UDFs. This would make UDFs much more useful, especially for RMDs.

Linking documents to calendar events
Ability to link specific documents to calendar events/tasks.
Ability to link additional Notes from the client profile(s) to calendar events/tasks that are relevant.If a calendar event is not created FROM the Notes pages at the time the Note is added to the client profile, there seems to be no way to link specific notes to the calendar event once the note has been saved.

Show the Details of the Actions done on the Timeline
It would be very handy from a DoL documentation process to add a the ability to see who added notes in the timeline detail so that it easy to find should we get audited

Opportunities on RT Calendar
It would be great if your assigned opportunities would show up on your RT calendar just like you can choose for your tasks or appointments to show on your calendar. This way you can work the opportunities step as a task for the day, versus having to set up a separate task for each step of the opportunity.

Deleting Tag Groups Should Be an Admin Function
The ability to delete a Tag Group should be an administrative function. Users currently have the ability to delete an entire tag group for our entire database.

Account UDF Report Filter Enhancements
It would be very helpful to have more filter options when running the account UDF report. I would like to choose the UDF but then make sure it only pulls open accounts. We like to keep the UDFs in closed accounts for the sake of record keeping.

Arrange All Day Activities
