Add Automation Trigger for Account Status Change
I want to know when someone marks an account closed in Redtail so it triggers a workflow that makes me clear out any account level UDFs and to see if that was a client's last account where it would then trigger them to be a former client.

Please add more robust tax report capabilities
Please add a way to run a report with all the "Estimated Tax Information" fields: Adjusted Gross Income, Estimated Taxes, Tax Year, and Estimated Tax Bracket.

Open Activities from Today screen - order of Past Due
When you choose "Past due" activities, it starts with the oldest, and separates them onto multiple pages. When you try to order newest to oldest, it only orders THAT PAGE, which is useless. I need to see my Past Due from the most recent to the oldest. There is no way to do that efficiently. You have to find your last page, order that page, work through that, then go to the next page and work through that. It's very clunky. Please allow ALL Past Due activities to be ordered from newest to oldest, not just the current page.

View full contact name in mobile app
I would like to be able to view the entire contact record when using the mobile app. Many of our contacts go by their middle name or a nickname and we need to be able to see all the information in the app, not just first and last name.

Include Life Insurance in " Accounts"
I would like to include my life insurance clients in accounts, Face Amount, Premium, date issued, etc. and be able to add the cash value as part of the" balance" of all assets.

Dynamic Workflow Due Dates
In the old iteration of Redtail, the workflow due dates were dynamic and referenced when the previous task was finished. Right now, if one step is delayed for any reason, the next step in the workflow can be due in the past. This doesn't make any sense. Please include the options to have the time period in which they are due, reference when the previous task is completed.

emotional status of interactions
I'd like to be able to quickly and easily be prompted to indicated the client's perceived emotional state in the notes section during the interaction (example: dealing with a death/sad, moving/excited, submitting a complaint/angry or frustrated) of how a meeting/interaction/exchange went. Also, a separate field for "satisfied with services" and "dissatisfied with services" selection in notes per client interaction. I'd like to be able to run reports on this data for customer service improvement goals.

adding multiple contacts to an activity
This is a duplicate of other requests but until you decide to pool similar requests......
When creating a new activity can we please have the ability to add multiple contacts without having to save the activity and then edit it to add the additional names? It's a waste of effort!

Add roles to the main page for a contact
Instead of having the redundant "Servicing and "Writing" advisor on the main page under contact details, put the Roles in these spots. Because the roles are associated with workflows, It is important to have them in an easy to see place instead of on a random page that is easily forgettable.

When adding notes to an Activity, I want a save button where the activity screen stays open so additional information can be added.

Confetti when workflows are completed
A fun suggestion that my office and I had was when someone completed a workflow a little confetti burst came across the screen after you clicked the complete button. It always feels so good to complete a task/workflow that we thought having some confetti fly across the screen would be really fun.

Workflow Notifications- Choose when to send a notification
We have many individuals on a team in our office. It would be beneficial if sending workflow update e-mails were optional; just as they are with notes. It would be helpful to be able to select who the notifications should be sent to.

When searching text in notes, search comments as well.
When filtering text in notes to find a word or phrase, the text in comments is not searched. Comment text should be searched as well.

Contacts > Accounts > Display Account Title/Name

advanced search feature - account balance
on the advanced search fields we can search by portfolio value but not by individual account value. please add that search field.
this allows us to search and find zero balance accounts or any accounts under/over certain values for opportunities.

PLEASE add a link to ADD Workflow from the notes section.... just like the ADD Activity.... I would much rather my staff add a workflow to a follow up than an activity!!!!

allow for user and client invitees on a calendar to accept or decline invite and add to external calendar
similarly to how we can invite people to calendar events in Outlook or Zimbra
