Time tracker
Similar to Toggle, something that when you're in the CRM on a client, you can hit a button and it times who is working on that client and for how long, maybe have project options. This would be very helpful when you have to bill clients. Also, you'd have a log of how much time you spend with that client.

Location on Calendar
The calendar does not show the location of meetings. In order to find out we must click into the activity itself. This is very problematic for assistant making appointments for three advisors over 20 locations. We have worked around by typing location in subject line, but adds additional work for assistant. Please fix!!

Ability to link 2 contacts at once to an activity, task, etc...
When I want to link a husband and wife to an activity or task, I have to go through the "link a contact" process twice. It would be nice if I could search their last name and just click on both of their names at the same time.

Preview documents
it would be great if we could preview documents before we open them...maybe something similar to our computer windows explorer...

Dates on Open Activities list on client dashboard
On the client dashboard could you please list the date for that weeks activities. Once it gets to the current week it only states that day of the week. But when I am trying to confirm appointments and am in the clients account I have to open the activity to verify the date. I would be nice if the actual date is listed for all activities, even the activities that take place on the current week.

Searchable activities on Dashboard/Today's Overview
It would be good to be able to search Activities on Dashboard or Today's Overview to find particular activities for multiple clients (such as spouses or employees of the same company).

Advanced Search always available
Advanced Search should be available anytime the search bar is available, just to the right of the bar. Currently, on pages where only the search bar is available, I have to 'search' a blank search field, then click Advanced Search when it appears. There's space for an Advanced Search link out to the right of the search bar.

License Type Database List
The license type database list is incomplete. While adding licenses for advisors, I was unable to add Series 1, Series 22, Series 31, and Series 53. I submitted a ticket to support technology but I was told that this feature is unavailable, and they suggested that I post it as a suggestion.

Automatically update last review date in client review section
It would be nice if I could schedule a client meeting on the calendar and complete it then the date would auto fill in the the first review date of the client review field under know your client.

Activity report based on date activity was created
We would like to create an activity report based on the date the activity was created as opposed to the date of the actual activity. We would like to use this report in order to double check all the activities that were created each day and be able to look at a daily report of all activities added.

Portfolio Reporting
Portfolio Detailed report needs to be more detailed. Life policies - Benefit amount, premium. Fixed accounts - Interest Rates. LTC policies - Daily Benefit, Premium..ect

Trigger for more fields for Automation Templates
Need to expand the options for triggers to include more than one field. We want to be able to trigger if all conditions are true but it only allows for one trigger event. We need to allow for more then one trigger event. For example, if the category changes and status changes then it triggers.

Expand Automation Options
Automation is great! I love the idea, but it needs to be expanded. In our office, we have multiple staff and advisers. Many of the staff do the same functions for different advisers. To keep from making some lists too large, it would be great to expand the ability that automation currently offers.
Increase options for trigger events. Example: Client Review Date. It would be great to be able to automate a workflow based on the clients review date(s). This would create less work and tracking of the staff and advisers and make sure that clients are reviewed as often…

Allow Tasks to be moved between workflow Steps
I understand that the order of Tasks within a single Step is not terribly important (all of a Step's Tasks are assigned at the same time, when the prior step is completed). I, like many other users, would like to be able to re-order them anyway, even if it is merely cosmetic.
But the real issue of concern is the lack of ability to move a Task between workflow Steps. So, if you realize that Task F actually needs to be under Step 3, rather than Step 4, you have to manually re-create it under Step 3, then delete it…

Entering and updating Seminar/Event Attendees
"Attendees" should be "Invites" or Guests", as "Attendees" implies they are attending.
When entering Attendee information, please add the option to add guests in same box we are entering "Attendee". (Thereby avoiding the need to enter the Attendee, save it, then scroll through to find them in the list to then add Guests. (this is silly)
Also, and very important, PLEASE fix the count so that we can see # of confirmations (attending); # of guests; and # of declines. Currently, the count of "Attendees" is every single response which serves no purpose at all.

Add a 'Contact Category Change' Trigger Event for Automations
Just like the title states, adding a trigger event for Category changes would be incredible. Additionally, in the long run, being able to have unique trigger events, that are inputed by the user.

Email Notification (Activity Assigned)
I like receiving team notification emails, however when I received activity that is not assigned to me the email reads "You have been assigned a new activity". Please bring back the email notifications the way they were in the OLD REDTAIL CRM. For instance, the person who created the activity/note name is in the FROM, and the Subject reads, "New Activity Team Notification" (not assigned to me) or "New Activity Assigned To You (assigned to me).
