  1. Customize Email viewing permissions

    would like to have some controls over what emails employees can view within the CRM. Example: we want employees to see all emails within a client record, however, would like to restrict the viewing of emails within employee records. We do not want employees viewing emails from the principal of the firm or the compliance officer.

    I know I can delete the emails from the CRM so that no emails appear in the history, however, an employee could simply type it back in to view emails.

  2. History of Client Reviews

    Can we have a system that tracks the history of Client Reviews? Currently we have the option to input the first review, but I don't see how we can track what has been completed. Some clients will not meet exactly within a year (six months, quarterly, etc.) of the first meeting. It would be nice to enter in the reviews and then have the countdown to the next review begin based on the last completed review.

  3. Redtail should push Drivers License data to Smartworks Government ID data fields.

    I should never have to enter the same data more than once on any Redtail integrated product.

  4. Google Earth integration so you can see your contacts on a pre-made map

    I propose a feature that ties into Google Earth so that when you make an appointment with someone, you can visually see all of the other contacts who are within a geographic region.

    So for example:

    1. Your practice is based in San Francisco, CA

    2. You have 1000 contacts spread across the country. These could be clients, prospects, lawyers, and accountants.

    3. You decide that next month, you want to meet a client (Mr. Steve Jones) in Los Angeles, CA which is 8 hours away.

    4. To be more efficient with your travel oppurtunities and expenses, you would love to see a Google…

  5. Read Only Permissions

    I suggest you add a VIEW ONLY as a Database Choice for Users. That way if we want our branch office(s) to be added to our database (and vice versa) as Users to only be able to view the database, calendar, client accounts, etc. so they can assist clients they can do so. However, we don't want the User to be able to make changes or additions to the database or calendar.   7. Add Systematic Withdrawals to Payment Info in Accounts that auto updates the Total Withdrawls

  8. Client Review should read 'Last Review' and should be 'Overdue' if not completed on time

    know your client, client review tab should read "last review" and if the next review is not completed on time, it should read "overdue"

  9. Allow an image to be pasted into an email directly

    At this time graphs/charts in an email have to be presented as a URL or an attachment. Would be nice to be able to clip and paste the graphic directly into the email body.

  11. Add Clients by Region Mapping/Reporting

    When setting review appointments it would be great to be able to see an area map with pin points of clients addresses in order to make the most of traveling to certain areas.

  12. Add Opportunity Notes to Linked Contacts

    I love that we can add notes to Opportunities, but it would be very nice to have the option to copy those notes to the linked contacts so we don't have to double enter them. A checkbox that says "copy note to linked contacts" would be fantastic!

  16. Searching Departments in Business Records

    Names listed in the department section of a business record does not always warrant a separate record in Redtail. However, sometimes we need to search for that contact. Please extend the search capabilities to include departments within business records without having to enter a separate record in Redtail.

  19. Option to automatically rollover activity

    It would be helpful to have an option when creating an activity to automatically roll activity over until activity is completed. This would be nice for an activity that we assign to an employee that we want them to see everyday until it's completed. It would be nice in a situation where we assign an activity to an employee and give them a week to do it. It won't fall off the dashboard after a day. And it would also be helpful when I assign a task to myself that I know I probably won't get done today and want…
