Organize task list
I would like to be able to move items in my task list around so they are listed in order of priority for my day. I know I can move things around in workflows, however it would be helpful to order my task list so I don't have to continually scan the list for the high priority items. Instead, I could start at the top of my list and just work my way down.

Outlook integration
The integration with Outlook gets worse not better. Retriever is not getting support and the cloud integration does not work well.

Client Review - it would be helpful to be able to add the "last review date"
First or initial review date is important, next (future) review date is necessary but a last review date would be much more helpful to log when the last review was done

Link up with fixed index annuities from insurance companies like AVIVA, security benefit life, Allianz, american equity, ING, NAwal, LSW etc
Link up values to run reports of all client accounts.. We have Schwab, fidelity, tdameritrade, now just add a few of the big FIA Insurance companies

HTML Email Tracking
Users would like the ability to track whether emails were opened or how often they are opened through HTML tracking.
Similar to the reports you can get when using constant contact about who has opened an email.

@mention for Note User Notification in Alerts Bell
While notes do allow for email notifications to users, a CRM notification that would appear at the top of the bag by the bell would be much more useful. This would reduce steps (opening email, clicking on a link that requires an additional login), and would work better with integrations.
We currently use the jive integration to log client calls, but there is no way to link a user from there.
It sounds childish to request, but something along the lines of an "@" feature would be perfect.

Right Click on Calendar Activities to Open them in a new Tab
When viewing the calendar in day or week view, it would be great to be able to right click on a specific appointment and open that Activity in a new tab. This way we can keep the calendar view up and uninterrupted, but also be able to view the details of the activity by simply taking us a to a new tab.

Opportunities on RT Calendar
It would be great if your assigned opportunities would show up on your RT calendar just like you can choose for your tasks or appointments to show on your calendar. This way you can work the opportunities step as a task for the day, versus having to set up a separate task for each step of the opportunity.

recurring activities
Just recently Redtail "updated" our RECURRING INTERVALS in ACTIVITIES and took away our choice of recurring on SELECTED weekdays only and our choice of weeks within the month - on anything other than MONTHLY. Example: Every Year on the First Monday of January - or- Every 6 Months on the Third Wednesday - CAN NO LONGER BE A CHOICE. The ability to LEAVE OUT the weekends if we choose should be our choice. BTW - CUSTOM does not have this option either ON MONTHLY OR ANNUALLY. Redtail has always been about customizing for each office and this takes away that…

Outlook 365 Integration
Create Outlook 365 plugin or integration where I can assign tasks, etc directly from email. For example, a client emails me a action item/task, I can press a button in outlook 365 and turn it into a task associated with that client and assign it to support staff. Wealth Box does this!!!

Automatically Create and Email Reports to User in Recurring Schedule
Save Filter in Activity Reports and possible automated report generation?
When we want to apply a filter to the "Activities by contact" report, we would value the ability to save a particular set of parameters for our filters that we can run on a systematic basis (daily, weekly, etc).Even further wishful thinking would be to be able to schedule this report to be run and emailed on an automated basis.

Print Work Flow Template
It would be helpful if we could print out Template Workflows. It would be a great resource to be able to print it out and have to be able to edit for approval or to be able to put in a book as a SOP style handout.

Ability to edit font in every redtail application i.e. templates, workflows, notes, tasks etc.
more options to edit font like add color or change size when creating templates, adding notes, creating tasks etc. would make easier to create instructions others can follow as well as quicker when searching or something and visually pleasing

attach activity to workflow
It would be helpful to be able to attach activities to a active workflow. That way you would see that the workflow task is complete by seeing the activity notes since you can't really put activity like notes within a workflow.

Seeing ALL contacts per Activity instead of Hiding them
Please bring back the option to (at a glance) see ALL contacts listed for an activity on the calendar view instead of needing to hover over...this NEGATIVELY impacts our day-to-day not being able to see all contacts listed on an activity appt. and there should be the option to turn this new update that hides contacts off. Please fix this ASAP and give the option to toggle off.

Client Review Revamp!!
Since this supposedly a CRM built for the financial advisor and pretty much all financial advisors have some sort of client review obligation.. I highly advise you actually TALK TO A FINANCIAL ADVISOR to inquire how this feature could be enhanced. This would be a more efficient strategy then just implementing what you assume would be helpful and what is the easist feature to develop.

Connect Activities & Notes to an Opportunity
Any Activity, Note, or Email should be able to be simultaneously linked to an Opportunity in addition to being linked to a contact and/or Account. Notes inside an opportunity do not automatically link to the corresponding contact(s) and Vice Versa. It is as if Notes inside an Opportunity are hidden within the Opportunity. All Notes and Activities related to a contact should be visible in the contact view, but only the activities and Notes related to the Opportunity should show inside the Opportunity view. This would gather all email communications, notes and activites (past and future) related to that Opportunity…
