Sync Department Email History
Sync department emails to email history. This will provide better organization and cleaner data so vendor "contact card" does not get filled with individual department emails and correspondence within individual department contacts sync with email history within the vendor contact record.

important information should be displayed in a banner across the top of client page
i.e. we have a client who is suspicious of the internet and does not want his information in any emails. We frequently communicate with clients that way so we really need a big red warning "DON"T EMAIL" right under his name

Be able to Assign colors on the Calendar by Name of the person completing task
Color code the calendar by being able to assign a color to each person in the office. That way when you are looking at the calendar each person has their own color for their own task

Being able to import contacts ourselves
Seems like an unnecessary added step to have to send in to Redtail for implementation. Wouldn't it be more efficient to allow the client to import a bulk upload to manage themselves?

My Workflow Tasks Page - Task Hyperlink Should Open Task
When you are on the "My Workflow Tasks" page, you can see of the tasks assigned to you. However, when you click an individual task you are taken to that workflow.
Instead, the task pop-up screen should appear, so that you can quickly update multiple tasks assigned to you in multiple workflows at one time.
Seems like how the link would obviously work.

recurring opportunity
Option to create a "Recurring Opportunity". This would be helpful for IRA/Roth annual contributions. Or any account that a client is adding an amount to on a periodic basis. Right now, I have a recurring "Task" but I have to create the opportunity each time in order to track it. Recurring Opportunity option would alleviate this double input.

add a household portfolio balance option
When a client is married you should have the option to see the household portfolio balance not just the individual portfolio balance on the main screen.

UDF Reports - Selecting Specific UDF Fields for an client we want to export into a pdf
We want to utilize the UDF fields for our client meetings and be able to print out certain fields, such as RMD, Systematic Withdrawals, Contributions, Etc...As of now, we can only choose ONE UDF or ALL the UDF fields to export into a pdf. We would love to be able to have the option of which UDF field we want to export as a pdf. And no, a custom export will not work for what we are trying to accomplish, we need a pdf format for what we are trying to accomplish.

Option to NOT notify existing activities attendees
We get so many activity update email notifications that it would be nice to have the option of NOT notifying attendees for minor updates to an activity. Just like Google calendar offers the option to send updates to existing guests or not. It will minimize emails and notifications to only those that are deemed necessary.

Expand Conditions for Automating Permissions / Roles
Currently, you can automate Permissions when a contact is added for users and teams.
Now that Roles can also be also be assigned during the contact creation process, this should also be an Automation Condition option.

notes report filter
Please add the ability to also filter the type of activity. We can filter the category (review, acct notes, general, etc) but not specific activities. I would like to have a report where I can see the notes that may relate to the review category but only want notes for the appointment activity and not see notes for phone calls and others. I can run an activity report but the only notes that show there are anything entered in the description box, not any notes that have been attached.

Financial Planning Tab in Clients
I would love to see the addition of a Financial Planning tab under the contact record. It would be a summary page of where a client is. It may have things like whether they have a will or not, when that will was done, when we last asked about the will to make sure it is reflects current wishes. It would have places for outside accounts or insurance policies (for a placeholder for accounts we don't have downloading in and won't mess up our AUM numbers). UDF automation action item
If a status is changed (already trigger), then an a UDF (YES/NO) would be automatically connected as an action item.
For example, if status is marked as "client", then a UDF saying asking about Newsletter opt-in would automatically put "yes". Then you can change for the exceptions since most clients want your newsletter.

Trusted Contact Field on Contact Card
Can you PLEASE add a field for Trusted Contact information on the Contact Record card? Also, please add a check box that can be marked if the client declines to provide this information. Thank you!

We would like to be able to customize the columns on opportunity reports (add/delete)
Currently, the in place columns are not customization and only include a portion of the identifiers. We would like to be able to customize these columns to show additional identifier (ex. Projected Revenue, etc..)

Suggestions for things that would trigger an automation:
1. Completion of a workflow (ex: it would trigger a new workflow to be added)
2. Service agent changed/added (so if a contact is created without a service agent or the service agent is changed something could be triggered, like the adding of a workflow)

Need to able to restrict employees from disabling 2 factor
There should be a way to restrict people from enabling a device as a trusted device. By allowing this, one would bypass 2 factor. There is too much secure info in the CRM to allow this.

Mask PII (SSN, DOB, account numbers) from certain users
We would love to utilize virtual assistant services to handle some of our administrative work. However, we need to make sure they NEVER see any personal ID information (SSN, DOB, Account Numbers). Can you please add a restircted user security level that accomplishes this?
