"Meeting Not Held" button to clear appointments on the calendar
It would be nice to have a "Meeting Not Held" right click button option on the calendar. This will allow us to see that a meeting was originally scheduled but not actually completed for some reason and then have it "clear" on the calendar. It would further be helpful to have another button to "reschedule" the same meeting in the future (though the date & time might change) while keeping the original (cleared) "not held" meeting on the calendar. That way we don't have to set up all the parameters and notes again but it shows the original attempt on…

Accounts Information
Is there a reason the entire accounts page reads like an insurance/annuity page? Investment accounts (brokerage, mutual funds, etc) don't have delivery dates, issue dates, premiums, surrender values, etc. This information is important for insurance contracts but not useful for investment accounts. Perhaps a box that just pertains the investment information needs to be added and combine the current boxes into one titled insurance contracts.

Workflows on Frequency
Need workflows that repeat on a regular frequency - i.e. quarterly, monthly, semi-annually - we run reports for our clients quarterly and with the system the way it is today - these need to be added manually every quarter

Allow us to select one of the client's bank accounts and mark it as primary like we do for contact methods.

Contact
When clicking on Contacts.... We have a limited number of view options: Name, Status, Category, Source, Type, SrvAdvisor, WrtAdvisor.
It would be nice to be able to change those preferences as to allow for a quicker view.and customization.
For example: a UDF Field, a phone number, an email, etc.

memberships
Rename Memberships to Relationships. The definition of membership doesn't seem appropriate "the state of being a member, as of a society or club". Relationship is defined as "a connection, association, or involvement" which makes more sense. Many individuals new to Redtail get confuse by this.

Assiging multiple users to a task/activity
Prior to your latest release, we used to be able to assign 2 users to a task/activity right when entering the task. Now we have to enter the activity, then go back into it to assign a second person to it. This leaves room for error and makes what used to be a one step process, a 2 step process.

Link email to notes/activities
We already have the option to link accounts, contacts, and notes to activities. It would be nice to be able to link client email's to a note or activity to link information/completion of tasks.

Add a 'Contact Category Change' Trigger Event for Automations
Just like the title states, adding a trigger event for Category changes would be incredible. Additionally, in the long run, being able to have unique trigger events, that are inputed by the user.

Customized Reports exported to PDF
Would like the ability to select the fields I wish to export to a single PDF report for client meetings.
Example: Be able to create a custom report with the following fields of a contract record into a single PDF to have for a client review meeting
-Names
-Contact information
-Keywords associated with them
-Health conditions
-Important information
-Other Professionals

Linked Notes - Notify User and Copy to Another Contact
It would be very helpful to have the same features in Linked Notes as we do in when adding a regular note - I often need to notify a user of this linked note as well as copy the linked not to another record.

Pin a note at the same time you create it
Pin a note at the same time you create it - I constantly have to create a note, then go back and have to look for it to pin it. I would like to be able to pin a note at the same time i am done.

Location on Calendar
The calendar does not show the location of meetings. In order to find out we must click into the activity itself. This is very problematic for assistant making appointments for three advisors over 20 locations. We have worked around by typing location in subject line, but adds additional work for assistant. Please fix!!

Automatically update last review date in client review section
It would be nice if I could schedule a client meeting on the calendar and complete it then the date would auto fill in the the first review date of the client review field under know your client.

Expand Automation Options
Automation is great! I love the idea, but it needs to be expanded. In our office, we have multiple staff and advisers. Many of the staff do the same functions for different advisers. To keep from making some lists too large, it would be great to expand the ability that automation currently offers.
Increase options for trigger events. Example: Client Review Date. It would be great to be able to automate a workflow based on the clients review date(s). This would create less work and tracking of the staff and advisers and make sure that clients are reviewed as often…

Time tracker
Similar to Toggle, something that when you're in the CRM on a client, you can hit a button and it times who is working on that client and for how long, maybe have project options. This would be very helpful when you have to bill clients. Also, you'd have a log of how much time you spend with that client.

I need to see clients trust accounts on their Contact page.
When my clients are trustee or beneficiary on a Trust account I need to see that relationship on the Contact page. Currently only accounts in the clients SSN are included in AUM on the Contact page. Linking the client to the Trust in memberships does not show up on the Contact page. The only way I can relate the client to the trust is through personal knowledge. If I am looking at the Contact page and do not recall they also have a Trust account there is nothing there ont the Contact page to remind me.

Can you add Microsoft Teams as a connector so we can attach client to any team conversation that we are having and post materials directly.
