Albridge feed
Albridge feed improvements. When accounts come into the unlinked section the account title is visible, but once they are linked there is not any title. It seems like you could create a field for that to populate into the clients account section since it does come over in the feed.

Search for nearby clients list or map view
Ex: Agent has to drive 1 hour away for an appointment that will only take 10-15 minutes and would like to make better use of his time, Redtail should have a function that allows Agent to see other clients in that area so that he can attempt to schedule multiple appointments in the same area easily. Now he is able to meet a client for his annual review meeting on his way back rather than driving all the way back out there in 2 weeks"

Workflow created from note
Being able to automate a workflow creation when adding a note would be great. I am trying to create an automation that will not take any additional time to set up, but allow us to make sure nothing "falls through the cracks". It would great to add a note (with a specific category) that would create a work flow. Say we receive new account paperwork from a client. It would be nice to add a note on the client page that says "Received new account paperwork in the mail", and when that note is created, it automatically starts a workflow…

Opportunities should have at least 3 date fields
Opportunities should have at least 3 date fields to more easily monitor, work on, filter, do reporting, etc. There should be a Start Date, Next Follow Up Date, and Closed Date. And the Next Follow Up date should generate a calendar reminder.

Contacts > Notes > Comments Notification
Comments on a Note currently do not prompt RedTail to send an Email Notification to the Note Owner. As a result, we just realized that we had been commenting on notes... but the note owners didn't know! Please add a function so that Comments on Notes prompt an Email Notification to whomever created or commented on the note.

Pinned note(s) show first on main Contact Screen Note Box
I would like to see the pinned note(s) staying at the top of the quick view notes section located on the main contact screen. As of now you have to go into the contact and then click on the Notes section to the left to see any pinned notes listed at the top.

Collapse Workflow Steps
When building workflows, it would be really great if we could "collapse" the step to hide the underlying tasks. Our workflows have a lot of tasks with long descriptions and it is easy to get lost when building a workflow.

Junxure Time Stamp
Within an Open Activity, there will be a sequence of notes, most recent on top, of what is being done with that particular activity. Junxure offered CTRL J which equaled (sample) "10/9/19 BMW 1:00 PM", it was great. I have offered this suggestion in Request #626395 8/21/17 and #695898 1/3/18.

Increased Limit on "Things to do Today"
Can we please increase the limit of the "things to do today" from 100 to unlimited or at least higher than 100 for those who have a lot of activities to accomplish in one day?

Automation Triigger for Closed Accounts
When an existing account is closed, we have certain things that we need to do--particularly if a client is closing all accounts with us. It would be convenient if we had more automation options, including one that would trigger when an account was closed so that we could update our records and our file systems.

scheduling
Currently we create a Schedule Meeting Task for our current client/contact list that reminds our front office on a quarterly, semi annually, or annually basis to reach out to the client and schedule an appointment for a portfolio review. I was trying to eliminate the amount of time the staff spends on the phone and going back and forth with lients to schedule appoints so I thought I could integrate a scheduling app.
However, There is no way to link a retail contact to the scheduling tool (i.e. Calendy) so If we utilized that system the office staff would still…

Allow Customization of the Know Your Client Tab
All advisor offices do client reviews a little differently. Many use the information on the Know Your Client tab during the review. However, the fields on the KYC tab are limited and static. If an advisor wants to add information about their long-term care or disability policy, or other options discussed, that field is not on the tab, nor can you run reports for it. If an advisor wants to discuss position concentrations, and possible trading options, that field is not on this tab. It would be great if you built in the flexibility for each advisor to customize this…

link an existing note to an existing activity
Link Existing Notes to Existing Activities
Under the Note Actions you can link an existing note to account - why not to an Existing Activity? I frequently need to clean up the data base for continuity and correctness. Create functionality so that an email received by another contact in the database could be linked to a different contact.
Create a way to link an email from one contact in the database to another. I.e. I have an insurance specialist who sends quotes and emails about my clients. I want to be able to link HIS email to THEIR record for easy reference.

Should be able to notify more than just one user when imputing a new note

assign a task to the workflow owner
Please add an option to Assign a task under a workflow to the owner of the workflow. That way workflows that we can create a workflow assigned to teams as owners, that have steps listed with the owner of the workflow as the person responsible. Then the team member who pick up the workflow can change the ownership to themselves and the ownership of the underlying tasks will change to that person without them manually having to reassign them.

Ability to Re-Organize Menu
It would be great to be able to re-organize the menu list on the left side. Especially when we are in a contact to be able to organize them by our most used tabs would be convenient.

RMD Value & Information section
In the account section, I'd love to have an area specifically for RMD info.
There is the general info section, which duplicates the issue date (listed in the account dates), the cash value and as of date (which duplicates the account assets balance), face value (which duplicates the coverage info), surrender value and as of date, loan balance, asset rebalance and rebalance frequency. Why can't an RMD info section be added, or the general section modified to include 12/31 year end value, RMD value, a check box for auto RMD, and that type of information? I'd love to be able…
